You Can Get This Haunted House In Louisiana For Free
|Cynthia McKanzie – MessageToEagle.com – If you believe in ghosts then this offer is not for you, but if you are courageous and think you can live in a house that has allegedly been haunted, then this might interest you.
A haunted house in Louisiana is now being given away for free because no one wants to live there. People are simply too afraid to enter the house and locals are convinced the house is haunted with spirits. Believe it or not, but estate agent Sylvia McLain, the co-owner of McLain Investments, is even struggling to give away the haunted property for free.

As soon as McLain posted an advert for the free house on Facebook, locals and former residents shared their supernatural stories telling how dangerous it was to live in this house. The house has been compared to the house from The Amityville Horror movie.
“I was the last tenant that lived there before it was abandoned. The property was heaven but that house is quite unsettling if you don’t enjoy communing with the spirit world because they speak loudly,” A woman named Gypsy Dawn said.
Dawn Vallot DeClout, a former resident claims that the house is haunted by her great grandmother, Adele. Her family owned the plot the house was built on from 1860 for more than 100 years.
We believe [Adele] is the ghost, but she’s not menacing at all. She was probably like 4ft 9in and weighed about 100lb.
“She lived to be almost 90 and she was always digging in the pots, like when you have something on the stove and someone goes and looks in the pot and stirs it around.

She was well-known for that, and so when we lived there, we used to hear her all the time jangling the pots when we had something on the stove.
You could hear somebody picking up the lid but there was nobody in the kitchen,” Dawn said.
Sylvia has said anyone interested can take ownership of the house, free of charge, but they would have to relocate the house at their own cost.

One potential buyer offered to take the property but declined after they found out how much it would be to move it.
The owner predicts it would cost around $80,000 (£64,755) to take it apart, move it, and reassemble it, or $40,000 (£32,377) to move it somewhere close by.
Can a house really be haunted? Some would say yes. Recently scientists have started to discuss if it is possible to pick up good and bad vibes in a particular place, for example from those who once inhabited a house. Studies show we shouldn’t dismiss the possibility bad energy can be present at a certain location.
The idea that we can pick up good and bad energy has often been relegated to the realm of the supernatural, but our scientific knowledge increases, and we may one day learn more about this interesting subject.
The next time you walk into an empty room and feel good or bad vibes, maybe you are not imagining things. Maybe something very good or bad really did happen there once. Do you still want to live in a haunted house in Louisiana?
