MessageToEagle.com – Every ordinary person living in our modern stressful society has problems, worries, doubts. We often seek guidance how to deal with daily problems by talking to friends, family, or reading books on the subject.
There are also several meditation techniques that can help us to cope with problems. One of them is a special ancient meditation technique that reveals how to free your mind.
According to Jack Black, a motivational speaker from Glasgow, Scotland, there are many misconceptions about meditation. Contrary to popular belief mediation does not slow your mind and softens your competitive edge, Black point out.
Black’ motivational solutions are based are based on in his opinion certain characteristics that define successful people. These include futurism, or how you see your future (“most people limit themselves”), the ability to access the creative side of the brain and an attitude of positivity.
“Someone who is really mindful of their own thoughts doesn’t contribute negative comments because they know it takes away the drive, passion, clarity, creativity and resourcefulness of colleagues and people around them,” Black said.
Jack Black who is also a regular visitor to Ireland where he holds meditation courses has a meditation toolkit that can help people manage stress and cope with demanding schedules.
How We Can Access Intuition
Mudras have been in use in the East for thousands of years, Black explained. This ancient technique has deep roots in Eastern spiritual practices and bears important symbolic significance. Mudras are positions of the body that have influence on the energies of the body, or your mood. Mostly the hands and fingers are held in some position, but the whole body may be part of the mudra as well. Buddha statues often have the hands in certain hand positions. They have been used as a spiritual practice (and still are), as a way on the path to enlightenment.
Practicing this ancient mediation technique will slow the brain down into an alpha rhythm. This state will lead to expanded awareness during which the left and right brain are more integrated and your creativity and intuition increases.
To access intuition, once you’ve relaxed the body, just ask yourself the question and ask for a clear ‘yes’ or ‘no’. The other option is to imagine a traffic light – green is go and red is stop. Ask yourself ‘Should I do this?’ and then imagine looking at the traffic light.
The other option is to feel the palm of the hand – usually the left hand is very good for this. Ask yourself the question and see if you can detect a warm feeling or a cold feeling. Cold is no, and warm is yes.
How Can We Enhance Creativity?
There are many reason why being creative is good for us, but sometimes we lack ideas and we feel as if we are not really getting anywhere.
Black says the lack of creativity is often related to an increase in anxiety as a deadline approaches. In order to enhance creativity is vital that we don’t start telling ourselves we cannot do what we planned do. Instead we should remain positive and think we can do whatever it was we were planning.

Monday can be a horrible day, but it’s just an ordinary weekday. Monday anxiety is often linked to having a job one does not enjoy. People usually start building up negative associations with Sundays and they continue on Monday.
If we want to handle the Monday morning anxiety, we need to work out in advance what time the anxiety comes and how we’re going to deal with it. We must find the cause of the anxiety and a solution to the problem, if we want to get rid off the anxiety.
How Can We Combat A Lack Of Focus On A Friday?
Friday is a day almost everyone how world look forward to. We know that is the beginning of our weekend and we start thinking about everything we want to do, which of course leads to lack of focus on our work.
Employees are checking out from lunchtime on Friday, in their work flow, conversations and thought patterns. On the other hand, leaders in the organization, such as CEOs and accountants, tend to have really bad patterns of behavior and are often at their desks until 7pm.
So what is the solution to this problem?
Black suggests that on Friday, at a given time, everybody stops and gets together. Have a glass of wine, a bottle of beer, a tea, a coffee and just wind down and talk about the working week. “If your work force is having amazing weekends, then you will have extraordinary weeks,” Black said.
