MessageToEagle.com - For millennia, humans have pondered their mortality and whether death is the end of
existence or a gateway to a realm known as afterlife.
Is there life after death? What does it look like? Will I continue to live on the other side when I die?
Do we simply cease to exist? Can we still exist but in a different form?
Many of us, who are really, deeply interested in the subject, would say with respect and a deeper reflection:
"it is the life of the soul which in fact survives death of the physical body."
But what exactly is the soul? Is it immortal?
Could it be the mind? How does it work?
No single school of thought or discipline know how our mind works.
Is it necessary to have an out-of-body experience in order to learn more about what happens to us when we die?
Over the centuries we have searched for answers to these questions. As a matter of fact, we still keep asking them
over and over again. The "other side" remains an enigma.
Is it necessary to have an out-of-body experience in order to learn more about what happens to us when we die?
Recently, we wrote an article about a man
who has some answers.
His name is Dr Eben Alexander, a Harvard-educated neurosurgeon and he has some crucial answers!
He was skeptical to the idea of an afterlife but an accident forced him to reevaluate his views and he became
convinced there is a heaven.
In the early morning hours of November 10, 2008, Alexander was driven into coma by a rare and mysterious bacterial
meningitis-encephalitis of unknown cause. He spent a week in coma on a ventilator, his prospects for survival diminishing rapidly.
On the seventh day, to the surprise of everyone, he started to awaken - miraculously.
"I know how pronouncements like mine sound to skeptics, so I will tell my story with the logic and language of the scientist I am."
and so Dr. Alexander did in his book.
His fascinating book
"Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon's Journey into the Afterlife" documents existence of afterlife,
multiverse,
intelligent life beyond Earth, multidimensional realities and - as we said - it gives some very important answers.
Until now, there has been no comprehensive and systematic, scientific study of global reports about near-death and other experiences,
or of how belief in immortality influences human behavior.
Now, this situation changes.
The John Templeton Foundation has awarded philosopher John Martin Fischer $5 million to study issues related to immortality.
Scientists of the UC Riverside will soon begin a series of studies to answer some of the key
issues on the mystery of life after death.
“People have been thinking about immortality throughout history. We have a deep human need to figure out what happens
to us after death,” said Fischer, the principal investigator of The Immortality Project.
“Much of the discussion has been in literature, especially in fantasy and science fiction, and in theology in the context
of an afterlife, heaven, hell, purgatory and karma. No one has taken a comprehensive and sustained look at immortality
that brings together the science, theology and philosophy.”
“Our approach will be uncompromisingly scientifically rigorous. We’re not going to spend money to study alien-abduction
reports. We will look at near-death experiences and try to find out what’s going on there — what is promising, what
is nonsense, and what is scientifically debunked. We may find something important about our lives and our values,
even if not glimpses into an afterlife.”
Science can't ignore the countless personal stories coming from people who claim that they found themselves on the
verge of life and death, and their extraordinary experience is something that can not be rationally explained.
Do We Live In A Computer Simulation Created By An Advanced Alien Civilization?
The captivating idea that we might be living in 3 dimensional holographic simulation has been put forward by various scientists.
We will explore this mind-boggling idea further and examine some intriguing questions.
If we suspect that we are programmed beings living inside a simulation is there any way for us to find out if this is true?
Is it possible to change the outcome of this virtual game?
Death Is Just An Illusion:
We Continue To Live In A Parallel Universe
For as long as anyone can remember philosophers, scientists and religious men have pondered what happens after death.
Is there life after death, or do we just vanish into the great unknown?
There is also a possibility there is no such thing as what we usually define as death.
A new scientific theory suggests that death is not the terminal event we think.
Is A New Race Of Super Earthlings Being Born
Or Is This The End Of The Human Race? - Scientists Ask
Scientists have made an unexpected and unsettling discovery - a large number of new and previously unseen mutations have been detected among humans.
There are those who suggest that there will soon be fantastic X-men among humans. These super earthlings do not come out of secret laboratories,
as in famous blockbuster movies, but are born naturally. Other scientists are less optimistic and consider the unforeseen development can to lead to
unknown changes in the human body.
Our Brains Wired Like The Checkerboard Streets Of New York City!
The brain appears to be wired more like the checkerboard streets of New York City than the curvy lanes of Columbia, Md., suggests a new brain imaging study.
The most detailed images, to date, reveal a pervasive 3D grid structure with no diagonals, say scientists funded by the National Institutes of Health.
